Holidaze Villas Refund Policy

We are so happy that you are interested in making Holidaze Villas your villa of choice while in the British
Virgin Islands. We look forward to making your stay a memorable one. Please take a moment to read
the following so you are fully aware of the terms and conditions that are relative to your time with us.
Upon submission of your reservation, a Villa Rental Confirmation/Invoice will be provided to you, which
will indicate the period for which the villa will be at your disposal and the relative cost attached. As
indicated in the invoice provided, a rental deposit is required to confirm your booking and submission of
same constitutes your agreement and acceptance of the terms and conditions which apply to your villa
rental.
Payment and Cancellation Policies:
To confirm your reservation, half (50%) of the rental fee must be received on booking. The remaining
balance of the rent due, inclusive of all applicable taxes, service fees and security/damage deposit must
be paid in full within 30 days of booking. Failure to remit the remaining deposit will subject your
reservation to cancellation.

Acceptable payment methods are: Check/PayPal/ATH/Bank transfer
Cancellation Policy
If the Renter wishes to cancel the reservation, the rental paid will be refunded as follows:
- 100% if cancelled 5 days or more prior to the Check-in Date
- 50% of reserved nights plus one additional night if cancelled within 5 days of Check-in Date, however,
No Refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in.
During Holiday Season, No Refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 week prior to check-
in.
The Owner may also be entitled to cancel the Guest/s stay if house rules are broken during the rental
period.
Any request for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons)
MUST be made in writing.
All cancellations MUST be made in writing.
There will be no refunds granted for non-appearance, late arrival or early departure per your
reservation unless as a result of an “Act of God” or a Pandemic/Epidemic situation which would hinder
reasonable travel to the “Islands”. Evacuation or partial stays due to hurricanes will result in refunds of
up to the total amount of the rental charge, prorated for the number of nights’ occupancy. Hurricane
related cancellations benefits are limited to hurricane “Warnings” ONLY which affect the British Virgin
Islands. It is therefore highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from
any unexpected events as Holidaze Villas cannot be held liable for any event out of our control.
